Standard (Default) is always FREE on every order. Most items should be received in 7 - 10 days of your order date. Please allow up to 2 weeks as production time on some item takes longer.
Returning & Exchanging
Damaged & Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Simply submit a customer support request by sending us an email with a description of the issue and photo of the items in question & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement. Replacement orders are prioritized in our production facility in order to ship as quickly as possible.
The process for damaged and incorrect items is very easy, here are the steps:
Step 1 - Send us an email with a photo and description of the issue, your order number and item(s) in question to: email@example.com
Step 2 - Once we receive this request, we will immediately jump into action and start the expedited process to correct the issue and get the correct item in your hands as soon as possible. We will keep you updated throughout the process and get your new tracking information as soon as it's available.
Returning & Exchanging
Submit a customer support request, send an email to: Info@mydancelocker.com with a description of the issue, the tracking number, your order number and item(s) in question. The process for returns for exchanges is very easy, here are the steps:
Step 1 - Ship the item back with a tracking number. The customer is required to pay for the shipping charges to send an item back for anything involving exchange or returns. unless there is damage or if the item received was incorrect.

Step 2 - Send us an email with a description of the issue, the tracking number, your order number and item(s) in question.
Step 3 - Once we receive the package, we will ship out the correct replacement item. Once this is complete we will reach out and let you know all steps are completed. The Replacement items will be shipped via our Standard Shipping.
We can not accept exchanges or returns on customized or personalized items.
If an item is ordered in the wrong size, you can exchange for the correct size by following the steps above, with the exception of customized merchandise. If you are approved for an exchange, the the exact same item originally ordered in the correct size will be received after following the exchange steps.
We do not offer returns or refunds. If an item is received damaged or incorrect, we will replace it. If we can not replace the item we will issue a refund.
